Picture of the day:

What an amaizing coincidence, that I got to take this picture the day after I learned about
 the existence of Red Dragonflies. I had an enlightening conversation the day before I took
  it, with my friend Jason. He explained to me that indeed the red dragonflies were
 not some strange cousin of the dragonfly, but were infact a part of them. That day, I
 wished to be able to see one.
The next morning, comming out into my yard, I was greeted by this beauty. I hurried to
 get my camera to record this encounter, not knowing for sure if he would still be there by
 the time I would come out. As you can see by the picture above, he was still around,
 feasting on lavender from Amber's garden.
